This company is extremely irresponsible, they cancelled two shipments without ever letting us know. I decided to try them once more, the same situation happened. This time, the shipper supposedly put a wrong address on the BOL, so the order was not delivered. They did not inform me, I had to call once again. Mind you, I've never had an issue with this shipper. None of the account managers ever pick up their phone. And the customer service associates never get anything resolved.
