The metal arm the connects the belt to the door came off after 18 months and they said it's not under warranty, although I had a 2 year warranty... Read the small print hey..
Well after many years I finally got the best garage door and it makes my place look like a new home. The Owner and staff and the technician were exceptional. All my queries were answered promptly and they contacted me every step of the way. The door is great quality as is the service.
