诊所的前台主管管理非常差，有次于医生给我女儿做健康检查，要求我女儿去做相关的血液检查，我女儿按照诊所给出的验血公司抽了几试管血液，验血公司告知一个星期后会把结果发给诊所，十天后我还是没有收到诊所通知就亲自去诊所询问，诊所主管告诉我他们没有收到验血公司的结果报告，并强调她们没有时间和义务为我们去联系验血公司，她让我自己去找验血公司要验血报告，当我来到验血公司要报告时，验血公司告知他们五天前就把结果发给了诊所，当我再次回到诊所告知她验血公司早五天就把结果发给你们了，她还是强调他们没有收到报告，过了几天她才回答说是于医生把我的电话号码搞错了，并反复强调不是她的错，真是让人哭笑不得，可以说这是我见过的最差诊所。
