My mom recommended Quiznos to me a few years ago and I’ve loved it ever since. The workers are very nice and the food was really good! I also loved their Tots.
Recently, I will visited this location and the service was terrible. The guy Roger was very rude and arguing with a customer. Other guests were in the building and his behavior was not a good look for your company. If that employee continues to be employed with your company, it would a failing business and with today's economic no one can afford to lose financially, service, and any future business. Customer service needs a improve dramatically.
They were closed at 8:40pm when it clearly states they close at 9pm. Door was locked, they were cleaning & waved us off. It's Saturday! Smh Ended up going next door to Shane's which was very good.
