BEWARE!!! This company is horrible! Giving them 1 star is too many! They charge a ridiculous monthly fee to do absolutely nothing! They don't follow thru with anything. They don't take care of what their responsibilities are as the property manager. I used them for 2 years and the entire time I didn't know I had to have a special rental license with the city my property was located. Quiza has "managed" our property for a number of years only because somebody on our condo board was related to one of their employees and they are by far the most unproductive, overpriced, unresponsive, and unprofessional management company I have ever encountered. They do not go after owners who are in clear violation of associate rules, yet single out others (seemingly based on race) to follow petty rules. December 2015 I sent and email and photos to Quiza Management about the tree that is in my front yard. The sap, petals, and buds that drop from the tree causes damage to the paint on my car. For 10 months I've been told nothing but lies as to when the tree limbs would be cut back. Each time I've spoken to Hayat Nassar at Quiza, she would tell me to send her an email and photos and that the lawn company will be surveying the property shortly and she'll call be back. I am curious. This site appears to be restricted. I've lived under this management for more than 10 years now and l only see two comments. What are you afraid of? I also suspect your rating is a wall that screens comments. What are you hiding from the public? If this is a site owned by someone else other than the Quiza Management than it appears only 2 people and myself are the only people who believes this company is robbing it's tenants. I have two issues with this company. First, they charged me $175 to get condo resale documents. I feel this fee is excessive considering other property management companies charge in the range of $50-$75 for the same thing. Second, on at least three occasions they sent me past due notices when in fact they were either sitting on the payment or had posted it to someone else's account. I live in DC and they, unfortunately, manage our property. I have friends who are property managers and I have friends who live in condo buildings managed by other property managers. My friends who own their own business say, "All property management companies suck, we just suck less." Well, Quiza definitely sucks because they basically do nothing.
