So almost every review has been negative and these people are still doing the same thing 5+ years later. I've been reaching out to management, sending emails, and 4 days later, still no response. Nearly every HOA I've interacted with treats their tenants horrible. I'm glad there is a Universal Law, "what you do to others will be done to you." To the Quiza company, remember, when your life is a mess it's because of the way you've mistreated others.
This is the worse company I have ever known. They are completely incompetent and useless. They don’t answer calls or help residents. Our community has had a serious rat problem and they won’t do anything about it. There is a obvious health concern but they don’t care. Useless and worthless management company.

How is the rat issue in your community a Management problem? Owners are responsible to treat for pests in their Units. Would be helpful if you provide the community you live in. Either way, the Board of Directors for each community makes the decision for their communities and NEVER the Management Company. If you are renting, please speak with your Landlord on resolution to your issues. Thanks!
Yes, absolutely one of the worse property management companies out there. True they don't return telephone calls; they once charged my account a late fee of $175.00 so yes watch your account carefully. This management company doesn't always tell the truth. I feel I'm being harassed. They will turn your board of directors against you. That is if your BOD are already corrupted in some way.
I have left multiple voice mails for Hayat and I have sent several emails to her all of which have received no response. The lack of response (no matter what the response might be) is unprofessional. My 56.07 is accepted every month for which I expect to receive a service. You need to do your job.
Quiza is unresponsive and expects neighbors to tattle on each other for violations. Memos come out in snail mail a day too late. We are now being charged for amenities that we had access to when we moved into the neighborhood in 2009; this company is just looking to nickel-and-dime everyone within their HOA. Quiza was also given free rent in our clubhouse. The management is hostile if you contact them and they do nothing. This is probably the worst management company that I have dealt with since 2002.

If I could give this management company, like all the others we’ve had through the endless revolving door, a 0, I would. They suck! One access card free and all other members of the household have to pay $10? Get out of here with that noise. What do you do with our monthly fees that you can only give one member of the household a free card?! This is by far the worst company I have ever come into contact with. They are unresponsive, and when you finally do get a response from them, they brush it off and basically give you no information. I have had a major leak issue which caused me to move OUT OF MY HOME for months and now, almost a year & a half later, I am STILL fighting Quiza. I can't believe I have to pay these people $204 a MONTH - I can't wait to move! This company is a joke!
