Lies lies lies. Been here 10 years with the same home thar we bought from them and everything has been lies across the board on the home we bought. Hicks never wanted to help us out and never helped again even after every delay and fix we have had to do on this home we have had. Im sure this post will be deleted to keep up the ratings, as per usual. Veteran and disabled veterans here and they hate anything but money. Dont come here for a home, you will come out broke and homeless in the end, with no hometown family in sight.... read more
