I recently deleted a prior review I posted about this company. After a few years I had the opportunity to speak with the owner or the wife of the owner. After speaking with her and realizing how much I offended her by saying some pretty horrible things I apologized several times for the way I spoke to her and how I made her feel. I was expecting, at the very least, for her to own up to her part of the situation and take responsibility for the condition of the apartment and the distress she caused me.
