After reading many reviews on Yelp I decided to see Allen to stop smoking. I smoked for over 25 years and never thought I could quit. I had a 2 pack a day habit and it was costing me too much. Allen was so nice and he made me feel really comfortable. He helped me to manage my stress and learn ways to cope with my fear and urges. It worked! It was not as hard as I thought and I’m happy to be a non-smoker now for 6 months.
