Bad work
QuitoZave did an excellent job and was very professional! They spray-foamed our attic, and we could immediately feel a huge difference in the temperature throughout our home. The team was friendly, easy to work with, and extremely thorough. They made sure everything was picked up and cleaned before leaving, which we really appreciated. After their work, my home failed the energy inspection due to improper insulation. Turns out they didn’t follow code, and now I have to pay extra to have it redone. Totally unacceptable.
The initial quote seemed fair, but once the job was done, the final bill was hundreds more with no clear explanation. Felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Beware.
