**Avoid this service department at all costs.** I had an extremely frustrating and costly experience here, and I want to share the full story to warn others. I brought my vehicle in at the end of August for a *specific* issue: ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) calibration. I made it very clear that I was only interested in that service. Despite this, I was given a list of $3,500 worth of recommended repairs and was told the ACC calibration couldn’t be completed until some of them were done. Jack made what I thought would be an overwhelming process an incredibly easy experience. He had answered any questions I had about the car while also offering up information I never even would have thought to ask about. An overall great experience.
Everyone in the service tech is great I've been waiting on an email to rate them but I've got to give a review. After going for years when I need a quick check in or something it's easy. I had another shop look at it for tires and they told me this amd that. I brought it in and they charged me nothing. Piece of mind they said. Buy your vehicles here. Get them serviced. Everything i dont care if it's used or new. Danny in the shop is one of the best
