Made an appointment online for 7am to get my tires swapped and to get my new tires/wheels balanced. I called at 12:15 to check the status and they had yet to look at my car. The work was eventually completed a few hours later. When I asked why my car took so long to be looked at when I had a 7am appointment I was told they only have one tech they trust to work with new wheels and tires. Very nice people when I got my 2025 VW atlas. Great deal. After 10 months owning it 2 time PCV leak they fix it good. 3 broke down Called 3 roadside assistance for it.. 1st one they did software update they fix everything is good. After 1 week same thing happened again car doesn't go drive mode a lot of pop out. So called another roadside assistance like wasted a lot of time waiting for tow truck.
