The service department is great from their mechanics and all support staff. I want to thank Cara for walking me through step by step as my car got serviced. Thank you
**Avoid this service department at all costs.** I had an extremely frustrating and costly experience here, and I want to share the full story to warn others. I brought my vehicle in at the end of August for a *specific* issue: ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) calibration. I made it very clear that I was only interested in that service. Despite this, I was given a list of $3,500 worth of recommended repairs and was told the ACC calibration couldn’t be completed until some of them were done.
