Nothing but great things to say about my experience here. I worked with John who was patient, kind, and communicative as we explored different vehicle options. They made the buyout/leasing process seamless, worked with my budget, and I ended up driving a new Tiguan home (which is amazing btw) after only a few hours start to finish. 1/5 Stars I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Quirk Volkswagen. I am currently trying to have a safety recall addressed, but the dealership refuses to maintain a waitlist for the required part. I was told it is "first come, first served," and that I have to call every single morning to check their inventory. This is an absurd and unprofessional way to handle a safety issue. I had a really great experience with Renan. He was extremely kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help me out when I needed it most. From the start, he made everything feel easy and comfortable, and you can tell he truly cares about the people he helps.

My vehicle was sent there by Toyota Taca when trying to communicate with Jordan Jose. First communication takes hours for me to get documentation of what’s been done to my vehicle. Received a call from Volkswagen stating the vehicle is ready. When I call Jordan to ask for documentation of what’s been repaired on the vehicle. He goes on to tell me Toyota is the customer even though I’m the owner and was very rude and dismissive.
