This might be long but worth reading knowing there’s other places to do business but my wife inherited a car at the same time she was looking to get a new dream car a subaru so we went down on Friday 3/28 and there it was a new green outback with exactly what she wanted sitting there and she had already talked to the salesman on the phone Jordan so we thought to be nice we would continue to deal with him. What can I say? Who likes to be jumped on when buying a new car? That is not what happened here. We told Kirk that we would come back to him when ready to buy our new car. He was off the day that happened. The other, three of them, stepped up and got the paperwork started and notified Kirk we were there. Kirk came in on his day off to complete the sale. Now that's a sales team! From start to finish it only took about an hour to complete. Thank you all so much.
I was moving from NYC to Northern Maine so I called Quirk Subaru and dealt with Jordan. He was incredible. He was fast, efficient, straight to the point. I bought the car over the phone and we closed the deal via mail. The process was smooth. He picked my husband and me at the airport and brought us to the dealership. Overall he did went above and beyond to make our move easy and convenient. I joke he was 11/10. If you are buying a car at Quirk make sure to look for Jordan!
