I had an amazing experience at Quirk Kia in Manchester, from start to finish. I had a really bad experience purchasing my previous vehicle at a different dealership, so I was overly cautious and had lots of questions. Doug Kuhl was very patient with me, and he wasn't pushy. Bought a Kia telluride there recently. Sales experience was good. Car was recalled for engine defect. Engine had to be replaced, not dealer fault. After engine was replaced we had an oil leak. Brought it back to dealer was was told dip stick was missing. Obviously technician error. Car was repaired and was sitting in parking lot when we picked it up the next day.
