This dealership has caused me emotional distress, anxiety, mental anguish from what they done to me, and covered it up. I purchased a red 2019 KIA Sportage in Orlando, Florida and was almost paid off until I got a call from Matt Castrucci by the Dayton Mall Area, to come in to get a new car and trade in my 2019 kia sportage in the summer of 2024. I’ve contacted Kia America multiple times regarding ongoing safety issues with my vehicle, and even they have struggled to get proper responses from this dealership. My legal team has also been waiting for updates, but communication has been extremely poor. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue, they responded with a cash settlement offer that is honestly a joke, considering this is an unsafe vehicle with serious problems. Horrible car dealership. They do not hold cars (even if you were going to buy it later in a week and set an appointment), sellers do not communicate with each other and will compete to get the sales as soon as possible and the highest price possible.
