My poor review will unfortunately not put Quirk out of business or get the service manager fired, but I am writing this for the employees that witnessed the interaction this morning between me and your manager. He lied to me and he lied to you. He claimed you were all witnesses to a phone call that he had with my husband this morning. Unless you heard what my husband said, that is not possible. Spencer and Fred were very helpful with questions and figuring out a solution.
Amending a 5 star review to be accurate. Bought a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED truck. Had a few minor issues, called John my salesman after waiting 2 plus weeks to hear back from Fred. Booked an appointment and drove from Bucksport to Hallowell, just to be told they will not honor repairs on my truck. Told one thing, showed up to a different answer, wasted a full tank of fuel and half a day. Now I am going through the AG office and State inspection unit. Think twice before doing business here.
