We took our F150 in to correct a recall with our transmission. After you worked on it the transmission started shifting really hard and making a banging noise on every shift. We brought it back and wanted you to fix and you said you didn't do anything wrong and wanted to sell us a new transmission. We knew this wasn't right so we had it looked at in Bartow Florida and they found where you did not fix correctly and our transmission is running like new again. Unprofessional - I called due to not having my heated seats working as they were before our vehicle went in for a recall. They were working fine before they went to the garage for this recall, and was told that doing the recall should not have affected our seats. I asked him to check on this as it is a weird coincidence that they are now not working properly as they were before and went into the garage for a recall. Came here to buy a work truck. Found a 2019 F150, seemed in OK shape. I said to the salesman hey man just be honest with me about what's wrong with it so I can fix it--i fully plan on buying this truck, I just wanna know what to fix and have no problem doing so. Guy lied through his teeth, said he drives it multiple times a week and nothing was wrong. My son took his 2012 ford focus there have transmission looked at wouldn’t go in to reverse .They put it on the computer .Charged him $175 dollars told him transmission was bad.funny thing is they worked on Transmission 2 years ago only put 10,000 miles it .They wouldn’t stand behind there work told him have to have it rebuilt this time going cost $3800 .So sad big company like that takes advantage of hard working people.The transmission should lasted life of the vehicle not 10,000 miles.Took his $175 dollars sent him on his... read more
