Took 2 weeks to get an appointment. Show up day of my appointment and they had the vehicle all day. Get called at 230 saying they didn't get to my truck. I assumed I would get prioritized for the next day, nope. Told they couldn't get me in for another 2 weeks. Truck had a check engine light on with no heat in sub zero weather. Glad this is how you treat disabled veterans.
If your vehicle breaks down after hours and you don't have an appointment BECAUSE YOUR CAR BROKE DOWN and you are at the side of the road, they will not accept it and tell you to tow it somewhere else. Will never go to this dealership again. Highly recommend Ellsworth or Augusta Jeep as they both said they would take a broken down vehicle with no problem.
Great experience with Sales (definitely ask for Bruce Thompson) and of course Paul Urqhart (Sales Manager) and Finance (Marco Zegerra). Service is also always top notch. Highly recommend Quirk!
