Worst service ever! I called twice to set up an appt to have sticker, oil change, and tire swap and they would not let me make an appt and said its walk in. Then I get here right when they open and they say they cant do the tires as they have too many people and it will be a 3 hour wait. So we say we will wait the 3 hours and then he says he cant do the tires at all. He also says other people have appts BUT I tell him we tried twice to make an appt and they wouldn't let us. Ive been sent to 3 dealership for photos put in claim and waited for ever only to have photos lost people acting like they new nothing and then after a very long time I got a very rude call and I was told they don't cover rust well its extremely easy to see the bumper was not prepped before paint all I can do is look a my 2022 truck I bought new and have it completely paid off and feel absolutely sick to my stomach believe I am not giving up I talk to people all the time in the fuel isles I guess your so big you dont need me... read more
I was visiting Maine from Michigan. During my travels home, I hit a raccoon and it destroyed my car. I had it towed to Quirk and every single employee was so great. They helped me out and recommended several collision shops that could fix my vehicle.
I brought my wrangler in to the service department for a very common factory warranty issue. The guy at the service desk was not helpful, he knew exactly what the issue was and acted like I had ruined his day for asking ... After I provided him with the vin (the jeep still had a year on this specific warranty) he went to talk to his manager. He came back and told me straight to my face that they weren’t fixing any more of these because they can’t make money off of it. What a joke. I ended up calling another dealer down south... read more
