I brought my wrangler in to the service department for a very common factory warranty issue. The guy at the service desk was not helpful, he knew exactly what the issue was and acted like I had ruined his day for asking ... After I provided him with the vin (the jeep still had a year on this specific warranty) he went to talk to his manager. My wife took her truck in 7:30 on a Saturday for an oil change, rotate tires, etc. there was already 5 people ahead of her, so she asked for guidance on what would be a better day, so she wouldn't have to wait for hours. The service reps were rude in answering.*WHAT ARE YOU A PRINCESS? " He made reference to her service plates, which had nothing to do with it. Last year we got low balled on a trade in. I will never use this dealership for anything again.
Disgusting establishment. Was charged $1,134 to REPLACE A BATTERY on a car that I only paid $5,000 for. When questioned about the bill, they said it took 4 hours of diagnosis at a rate of $188/hour to diagnose the problem. The problem was a bad battery and a corroded ground wire. When I dropped the car off, I was told diagnosis would be $360, far less than what I was charged but still outrageous! They also tried to upcharge me another $1,200 for a plate light and new windshield wipers. So essentially, they wanted me to pay $... read more
