Our truck which wouldn't start was taken to Quirk. We were forced to rent a car since the truck was our only transportation. Although we called frequently, the truck sat in their lot for 12 days without being checked. Finally they called to tell us it was the battery. A problem that could have been solved quickly ended up costing us over $2,000. They don't know the meaning of customer service. We'll never go to this dealer again and have a complaint with Chrysler Customer Service.
I had a great experience. They helped me find my dream vehicle. Brandon was a huge help and a great person to work with.
My wife and I interacted with Corey L. He was top notch -pleasant, courteous, and listened to what we wanted/needed. We bought a nice 2023 Dodge Ram leftover (new). Quirks got us the best deal, and did it with ease.
