The whole process was super smooth and easy. I checked out 5 other dealers, but these guys were the best. Caleb totally got my needs, had the Jeep ready when he said he would, and was there for support. I can’t recommend Caleb and his team enough!
My sales representative were very patient and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle i wanted to purchase. They also worked very hard to get me financed with the right institution. Great place to buy a car, they had the car I was looking for but I do wish they had a bigger variety of different cars in case I wanted something different. The experience was great.
Went to jeep of Dorchester today for an oil change and had a horrible experience I was expecting to spend maybe $100.00 today I was told the oil change couldn’t be done that I had a oil leak and that it would cost $1,309.76. After hearing that I decided to take my Jeep to another dealership and they did the oil change for $79.80 and that my jeep was fine and none of the work they wrote on my paper was needed. After purchasing many many vehicles from all Quirk locations- Chevy, Jeep, Ram both new and preowned we had a terrible eperience in Quirk Dorchester. Despite being a long term Quirk customer (1984) we were told tough luck when our Brand New Ram 2500 had vibration issues within 60 days. bought a keep here during the pandemic in 21. car wouldn’t start one day. towed here but before being towed they advised that I would have to wait two weeks to bring it in. it was purchased here. another associate said the day later I could tow here. when brought there, I was advised that they would diagnose the problem. the next day they advised an oil change and battery replacement at a cost of 750. however they said it wouldn’t necessarily fix the car. it didn’t. however they called the next day to say the car was fixed b... read more
