Took my 2018 car to ***** for a leaking caliper supposibly my bleeder screws were loose wierd on a brand new car thats never had brakes serviced had the car since 7 miles on it only had to bring it there for a recall on the lower ball joints a week later had to bring it back for a spungy brake pedal it was fine they said hmm ok so after they diagnosed my leaking caliper they over filled my brake resevoir and never bleeded my brakes still had no pedal when i picked my car back up tried to charge me 141 cuz wasnt coverd under ... read more

I was shopping for a truck and the salesman called my daughter , a nurse, at work and asked her questions about me! I never gave him her number . Extremely unprofessional conduct.

Terrible customer service, Brought my ***** in for a clunking noise and they assured me it was the steering box and it needed to be replaced. Had it done for $1979.00 and the clunking was still there. They responded the computer did not show anything. They did not have any idea what it was!! I was there to have a mechanic look at it and this is the response i got. I emailed to Quirk and they have not responded back. My advice don' t go there.
