Tara is a great sales person very patient and helpful thru the process and got our payment where we needed to be at.
3 weeks ago I called Quirk Chevy Manchester service department to setup service for a warranty issue. I stated I would need to coordinate a loaner while my Chevy was in for this service. I was told that the person that handles the loaner scheduling was on lunch and that I would get a call back on my cell phone once the loaner scheduler verified availability date for a loaner. 3 weeks later that call has yet to come. Buying a car from Quirk couldn't be easier. From looking through the inventory online, finding what I wanted to buy and then heading to the showroom to pick it up. There's no misleading advertising, Quirk shows their discounts to MSRP online and there's no bait and switch when you get there. I called ahead to identify the car I wanted and when I showed up at the dealership it was brought around for me. The folks there couldn't be nicer.
