I had a great experience working with John McKay at Quirk Auto in Portland. John was extremely timely with his responses and always followed up when he said he would. He really listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and never once felt pushy during the process. If you are looking for a Chevrolet, I would definitely recommend asking for John McKay first. He made the whole experience easy and straightforward.

My car broke down, i went to see Pete in service and explained my issues. He squeezed me in within a couple days. They diagnosed my problem and proceeded to replace a bad shifter. They always take good care of my cars. Thanks to all who worked on my malibu
My salesman John was amazing! He was so much fun to work with. He even put a bow on my new blazer when I said.. I want a big bow on my car! His response was perfect… “what Amy wants, Amy gets!” Admittedly,, I am a bit high energy and can be a little “extra” but John handled it well.
