Me and the wife just finished the purchase of our new 2022 Chevy Traverse LT and the process went very well. I dealt with Mikol Allison, Anthony Sprague and the finance manager, Mike and we left the lot with the vehicle we wanted, the warranty we wanted, an interest rate BETTER than expected and a monthly payment we can manage. My boyfriend went here today and had a bad experience with a women named Jen, she was very uninviting to the point he had another staff member come and apologize on her behalf after swearing at him and waking away. He went there for an oil change but felt so uncomfortable by how he was being serviced he had to leave. All around awful experience from this particular worker.
The service department is top notch from check in to check out. They have excellent service. I had been to two others one In wells and one in Saco and time after time I was disappointed. So happy to have found Quirk.
