I've used Dr Saad Medical Centre for 12 yrs. Never had any problems always been attended to with care and allway got the appointment times within normal limits.
What is going on ,? Nobody answering phones. Doctors running way behind that's if they show up.
Very long wait times, even with an appointment. Dr. Saad is taking on too much for him to deal with. He goes on holiday or the sick without making arrangements to get a replacement. Medical and mental health issues treated quickly by the staff by showing you the door without referral to people who would know how to give treatment properly. If it's too hard, they won't help and if you act naturally by showing dismay and frustration, they threaten you with the police.
