If there -10 I would give with no hesitation, my appointment was Tuesday 12 noon, was an accident and road work, I arrived 12:50, late 50 minutes, they refused to take me, so we had re schedule it for Thursday 7am, I’m here since 6:30 they called for a door at 7:30, they text me a lumper fee at 8:50 am after 15 mins went in to ask if the Bol ready he said will b ready in 45 mins, now it’s 10:46 and still waiting
The only good thing about this place was how fast they unloaded. The receiving staff will stare at you ten times before even acknowledging you. Parking is a nightmare. The street is a dead end, and all the other businesses have blocked their entrances, so turning around is practically impossible. You have to park on the street and walk to the receiving office. This place is one of the worst place I've ever delivered to waiting for over 6hrs delivering 3 pallets i never ever coming back to this place
***Update** I came early in the morning, as instructed. Was told there would be an extra $350 fee, on top of the lumper fee, since I am a work in. They have done every other truck that came in today. I am sitting here alone and was told they are working on it and will call me. They close in 45 minutes. I am not confident that I will be out of here tonight. I had a 10am appt time.
