Incredibly slow response and extremely time intensive confusion around insurance has left me feeling disappointed by Quipt. They said there was a 30 day trial for new masks, and then when I tried to get a new mask within the trial period that other company they sent me to for it wants $125. Nothing worked out like they said it was going to work and there is no way to directly contact anyone there, just leave a voicemail and hope someone gets back to you. My husband desks with Mayhughs Quipt in Jacksonville for bi pap supplies. Back in August his Bipap quit working. He has been trying since then to get an order sent in to Medicare. The pulmonologist sent this horrible company all of the required info 3 times. Every time my husband reached out to follow up he either cannot get a person, can’t get a call back, is promised an answer, and the one time they did call they said they would talk to the Dr which never happened. Faith came through for my husband in getting what he needed, literally within the hour after he talked to Dr. Layish! The representative was at our door with the equipment in his hands before my husband got back from work. NIGHTMARE! DO NOT USE! I was in a serious accident. While I was in the hospital, the staff ordered a wheelchair for me from this company. I was present when the order was placed, 4 days before my discharge date. I received a confirmation text for the order, which I have saved. The wheelchair was to be delivered to the hospital the evening before my discharge date to the hospital, but it was not. I was informed it would be delivered the next morning, but it was not.
