Sprite, being a formerly feral cat, who's now a love bug, although the vet staff never get to see that side of her, handle her visits with ease. They're flexible allowing me to just "drop off"", w/ no set time required, on scheduled day. They treat her with patience & love, despite what i know must be a challenge to manage. Returning her to me w/ good informational phone calls regarding any issues. In conclusion bringing what is a stressful day for mom & fur-baby to a happy ending.
Over the years this practice has seen 4 dogs and 2 cats of mine. One dog had pancreatic cancer and another had a nasal tumor. The staff really has helped me through the worst times. My current 2 dogs love the staff. Dr Evans and Dr Mortimer are honest, very responsive and are the best!!!
We have used the Q for over 15 years for our cats and our dogs. Dr Mortimer is a genius at diagnosing and treating a wide array of issues, and we have relied on his skills to help our animals live to amazing ages. The staff is incredibly caring. They do everything possible to help when we call or come in with a sick animal. They truly care for our pets, and many of the staff will come out from the back to pet our dogs when they come in. I am beyond grateful to the talented doctors and compassionate staff. We have 2 labs who were healthy over the years, but one who was very active and tore an ACL and one who at 13 developed cancerous growths. The attention, sharing of information, and treatment suggestions all improved our babies quality of life and extended longevity. They are thorough, compassionate, and considerate, always going above and beyond. They literally saved our dogs life and maintained quality of life. I am forever grateful!
Dr. Mortimer and all of the doctors and staff members at Quioccasin Vet have been so amazing for our fur family! They have taken care of our three family dogs for over 10 years. They have helped us get our dogs through some hard times. Everyone is very patient and thoughtful. They really care about the animals they are helping. I would highly recommend Dr. Mortimer and his team.
Wouldn’t trust my four-legged Kids to anyone else - they have guided us with all our dogs through the years. The entire staff is kind and patient with the animals (and their parents).
Dr. Evans was so patient and kind with our kittie "Cookie". Very caring and so helpful and answered many questions for me concerning her health. The office staff are kind, caring, and professional. The office is immaculate. I have never been to a vet where my pets and myself were treated so well. Love it and so glad that I found them. Best vet appointment ever!
