These people really had me wait for 2 hours in a freezing cold room to be given a "quote". Already had 3D X-rays done at my main office but they ordered another set of EXPENSIVE 3D X-rays at this office?? Why?? 🤦♂️ When I asked why, "It's just how it's done".
Staff is extremely nice & pleasant. Dr Slaughter is an excellent doctor. Recently had several teeth extracted & some broken teeth removed. Honestly had very little pain afterwards. Post op care is explained in detail & is easy to understand. Office called to check on me after procedure. Highly recommend
Wonderful staff and experience! Dr. Slaughter is personable and extremely professional!
Dr Slaughter corrected the billing issue himself. However, his billing person, "Alexis" is still performing questionable insurance billing activities. Note: Dr Slaughter is awesome at his work!
