I lived in these apartments for 6 years. I have seen the transition between managers and owners. The current manager, Ms Yadira Cruz, improved by leaps and bounds how the apartments were managed, improved the quality of the grounds and environment, and made sure that people's needs were attended to. The parking lot was repaved. Less people leave their trash out. They check and spray for bug control. Dog owners are more mindful by policing their own dog's business.
