I am sorry to say that getting thru to the office staff is tedious. I spent up to 45 minutes on hold 3 times without ever speaking to a live person. Getting a follow up visit was so hard I finally gave up.

I'm very thankful that he's my Urologist. He's thorough, truly cares and just a really nice guy. He's been managing my care and I couldn't be more satisfied.
