I was referred to an oncologist who was in network. Turns out they sent labwork to this group. I Knew nothing about it until I got a $1400 bill for bloodwork because they are out of network. I have United Healthcare, one of the biggest insurers in the world. Seems shady they are not in network. I paid my Oncologist and Quest Diagnostics. No way am I paying this extortion.

I honestly have no review of the lab…but the customer service gets 1 star. I have been on hold (currently) for over an hour listening to the EXACT same classical piece on LOOP. No periodic message to tell me to “continue to wait”, “all agents are busy”, or the number I happen to be in queue. Website says they are open but, of course, I have no message telling me otherwise. Extremely frustrating.
This company will send you to collections without ever sending a bill. And when you don't know your doctor even sent off tests, and suddenly you're dealing with collections from a random company you've never heard of!?!?.... When I reached out to CSI, I either got people who didn't care to figure out what was going on, or didn't get an answer at all... after several hours, I managed to get a person to see if they indeed had an account for me, they could see it, but couldn't assist me in explaining why the charge, why insuran... read more
