Both my kids ordered snow cones tonight. We order very often. So tonight was a bit of a hazard. We found bits of white plastic in our snow cones. I called to let the store be aware of the situation. But the nonchalant response "oh ok" and "probably just pieces from our buckets". Nobody wants to hear that. Maybe an apology!! My daughter was gagging off that little piece of bucket.
