Naomi Twigg is an excellent doctor. She has a friendly and gentle bedside manner and made me feel comfortable during my visit. I appreciated that she took my health concerns seriously and thoroughly answered the questions I had during my appointment.

Naomi Twigg is an excellent provider, but she needs a new receptionist. I spoke with receptionist, Olga, about my concerns. She was very rude and continued to talk over me. When I requested her information, she stated, "I told you my name at the beginning of the call. Didn't you hear me?" I proceeded by calling to speak with a manager about the poor treatment from the staff. I will not continue care at this facility.
