I had a great experience here! The salon is super pretty and looks high-end. I had Andrea for the first time and she was amazing! She took such time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and she did such a beautiful job! I can only speak to the salon and not the spa. I was deeply disappointed with my experience. I came to have my hair colored with some high-light/dimension. I spent 3 hours to leave with my hair being the same color. I wanted to go darker and picked out darker colors. The lady doing my hair was super nice and friendly but $140 later, my hair is the same color as my natural color….not what I wanted. The lady knew I was disappointed when I saw my hair.
