Got my vehicle repaired here recently after a collision. Really happy with the results, my car looks like new. It's a close knit family run operated shop. Everyone was really friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would come back again!
I wish I could -5 stars. Completely unethical, rude. Never provides written estimates or costs. Tiny sign shows storage fee but not really visible to general public. And the amount told vs what is on sign are different. Storage fee bring requested we’re far and away above what is legal to charge in California.
I would give zero stars. Completely unethical behavior and are scamming my sick and elderly parents out of an extra money. My dad had initially brought a truck in for repairs. But unfortunately, while the work was being done, he got sick and had to have multiple surgeries. When we showed up to pay the invoice when we realized what was going on with the truck, they demanded an extra $2500 in “storage fees” that our family was never notified of.
