Amazing service, the person came on time and was able to help me out, very knowledgeable and kind! ❤️
Takes forever to get to where you’re at and then they keep parts. She kept my wheel lock key, months later this is still causing me trouble.
Don't call them. They'll tell you the ETA is 20 minutes, then decide to not show up for over an hour and a half. I called AAA after eventually coming to the realization Quintero Road Service wasn't actually coming and AAA wad there in 5 minutes.
if you expect service from them, fully expect to wait for more than the ETA they give you. be sure that you also know that they wont update that ETA if there is a delay unless you call them but if you call them itll go to voicemail. better yet, use absolutely anybody elses service except for these people.
They never showed to provide roadside assistance, then when I tried calling them to get updated ETA it went directly to VM I waited over 2 hrs from what was supposed to be a 45 min ETA age they never showed
