I had a question concerning preexisting health conditions after reading the disclaimer document and the affect the test would have if any. After a 2 hr wait, I was told Dr Quintero was aware I had a question and refused to answer, I was directed to pay at the front desk.

I was referred to Dr. Quintero by my dermatologist for assistance with my serious auto-immune issues. My dermatologist advised me Dr. Quintero was specialized and would be the most qualified to assist me. However, when I called for an appointment, I was shockingly and so very sadly advised by his staff that I was too old and did not meet Dr. Quintero's age range for his patients. We were cutting it close for our Friday shots, but I called ahead to let them know I was en route with my daughter who I'd checked out of school. They told me that as long as I got in by 2:29 PM that they could get me in. We literally ran in, scanned our cards (it was 2:29 by my Apple watch) and the woman at the front desk said we were good to go. Been a patient on and off since 90’s. This year was bad for allergies and since I’m older wanted to see what is available. Everyone who helped was pleasant and professional. They explained the procedures and what would be covered by insurance.

Very friendly, and professional associates. Dr. Quintero came highly recommended and I will definitely refer to others. I had all my questions answered and he was thorough and efficient. I was not kept waiting in the room for any length of time and it was a very good experience. I was back to work quickly with all questions answered, along with a solid plan for feeling better and dealing with my challenges.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Quintero for 15+ years. He’s very clear about my treatment process but is willing to answer all/any questions and explain his reasoning. His staff is knowledgeable and a pjeadure to work with on each check-up visit.

Had my daughter in to see Dr Quintero today. He was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to hear all my concerns and addressed each of them. I look forward to dealing with him and his friendly staff.
