I had a question concerning preexisting health conditions after reading the disclaimer document and the affect the test would have if any. After a 2 hr wait, I was told Dr Quintero was aware I had a question and refused to answer, I was directed to pay at the front desk.
My grandson has seen Dr. Nguyen since he was 3 years old, he's now 10 years old. Dr. Nguyen is like family, she's very attentive, caring, and goes above and beyond to help her patients.

Not responsive to questions by email or phone at all! When I finally got ahold of him about my diagnosis. ( 6 weeks after the kp.org app had already giving me the results ) He dismissed it and said I don’t think that is the reason for your symptoms though and never called back or gave me a plan moving forward. He was very rude and seemed annoyed that I was even worried about my diagnosis.
Regarding Dr. Duyen Nguyen. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. We went in for my son who suffers from a gluten allergy. I'll start by saying that for a doctor who works with kids she did not engage in my 3 year old at all. He was so excited to see the doctor. She got to the room, she made minimal eye contact and sat down with her laptop and started reading. He went to her to say hi and show her his toy and said "hi! He needs a check up" She then COLDLY says "no, I don't want that" To be shot down and pretty much ignored, h... read more

Dr. Sofola performed a nose job on me when we were stationed together in Rota Spain. I LOVE it! This was almost 20 years ago. He did phenomenal. I had a bump, and he also turned the tip up. He really changed my life. I had wanted a nose job since I was little, and when the opportunity came up, I felt like I was in a dream He had excellent bedside manner (didn't have to because I was enlisted and he was an officer) and he did such a great job.
