I invited Quintero Drywall to provide a quote for drywall work. He stood me up at the time we arranged for the walk-through and estimate. He told me later that he knew he had an appointment but couldn't remember with whom. I re-invited him for an estimate and he showed and provided the estimate. I confirmed and asked him about scheduling. He texted me that he could do the job on a Monday and I sent a text confirmation.
