I live on a main street above a business with parking at 7 a.m. and 4 times now my recycling has not been picked up because there may be a car parked on the street. I phoned while trucks were still in the area and it was supposed to be picked up by another truck. It was still there. I called back around 2 p.m. and they said they would send someone in a pickup truck to collect it. It is now 4:10 p.m. and they are closed, and on the curb, it still sits. What am I supposed to do with it until next week??? Super frustrated. A.M.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! AVOID USING THEM AT ALL COST. WE HAVE EMAILED & CALLED TO ASK FOR HELP 3 WEEKS AGO AND STILL NO REPLY! I WOULD HAVE GAVE 0 SATRS IF IT WAS AN OPTION.
Used to be a great service. Now, the absolute worst blue box driver ever. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. Loose newspapers and small torn up cardboard in the Blox for pick up. Nope! Unbeknownst to me, any box over 18 inches is for containers only. Time for this place to better inform their residents of how to recycle cuz shortly I'll just toss it all in the garbage and spend 3 bucks on a bag tag like many around here are doing.
