I have had 6 bins broken into pieces now due to how ruff the guys handle and throw the bins back onto the sidewalk!! I've also had 1 bin taken with the recycling as if it was for recycle 🙄 most of this happens in the summer time, so no plow for them to blame it on. Today.. the sidewalks was already plowed, its been raining all morning, so there isnt any snow on the sidewalk, but theres no grass area where I live, which is along dundas rd, so we have 0 options of where to put our garbage/recycling bins. I live on a main street above a business with parking at 7 a.m. and 4 times now my recycling has not been picked up because there may be a car parked on the street. I phoned while trucks were still in the area and it was supposed to be picked up by another truck. It was still there. I called back around 2 p.m. and they said they would send someone in a pickup truck to collect it. It is now 4:10 p.m. and they are closed, and on the curb, it still sits. What am I supposed to do with it until next week??? Super frustrated. A.M.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! AVOID USING THEM AT ALL COST. WE HAVE EMAILED & CALLED TO ASK FOR HELP 3 WEEKS AGO AND STILL NO REPLY! I WOULD HAVE GAVE 0 SATRS IF IT WAS AN OPTION.
