First time we went to see a trailer that was in our price range and met our needs we arrived to only find the floors had water damage and extensive repair was needed but not mentioned in listing. After we met and spoke with Tawnya we viewed a few that had what we wanted but were out of our price range. She assured they would get more in and would be sure to contact us…never heard from her again. They have some nice trailers but don’t seem to have the business side of things nailed down.
The entire experience was exceptional. Every person we dealt with was so friendly and helpful from Roy our salesperson, Mike the manager, Larry for paper work and Ben from service. No pushy sales tactics at all. We decided to shop locally after researching other dealer 2 hours west. Quinte RV were great as we negotiated a lower price to help us to stay within our budget.
