NOT an Ambulance Service. Staff are NOT Paramedics. Yet try to pass themselves off as an Ambulance Service and Paramedics. Staff look dirty, unprofessional. It is a taxi service. Do not expect any medical care.

This team was wonderful! They were kind, supportive and accommodating in the face of a family emergency and were able to get our loved one home safely and put the family at ease during the trip. Beverly was so calming and knowledgeable and was able to move mountains to make a truly awful time so much easier. I don't have the name of the people that did the actual transport but they kept my loved ones engaged and calm during the long trip and I cannot state how thankful I am.
Paid to have my mother transported from Amica in Whitby to Belmont in Belleville. It was stressed that this was a time sensitive transfer as a doctor and nurse would be on site to receive and assess mom at Belmont. At 10:30 am on the day of the transfer we learned that Quinte Patient Transfer had not shown up. They did not answer their phone or respond to numerous messages left on their answering service during the 2 hours which followed.
