So me & my friend went here. I had a very enjoyable experience with my nail tech ruby. There was an older man who was doing my friends nails, he very clearly didn’t know how to do nails properly as this isn’t my first time going here & he’s done my nails too. He cut my friends fingers up, application was so uneven, the owner offered the explanation that he had been going through chemo, we do sympathize with that but under no circumstances should this EVER have happened. I booked an appointment for my 2 young daughters to get a basic pedicure with toes polished & for myself to get a full shellac pedicure. What we got? My girls got their toes painted but not soaked or anything. My oldest (9 years old) asked for 2 different color purples (alternating toes) but they ignored her & gave her one solid color. My youngest (7 years old) did get the 2 different colors she asked for (which is why I'm giving 2 stars & not 1). I was given basically the same thing. I always have such a great experience here! Cecilia did my nails and they turned out absolutely beautiful. I always feel so welcomed the moment I walk in, and everything is always top notch. Cecilia always makes sure I’m satisfied and happy with the results, which I really appreciate. I also love seeing Cecilia’s mom’s smiling face whenever I come in — it makes the atmosphere feel even more warm and welcoming.
