Never had a problem with my samples, if you follow what they ask on their website, their sequencing is quick and works fine for me. When asking to miniprep, usually it seems to work better if you send a tube with bacteria already grown as opposed to asking them to grow it for you.
Their DNA sequencing service is at the lower-quality end compared with their competitors. What made me unhappy is that they often promise to repeat the failed sequencing reactions but would never actually do it. So you end up wasting your time just waiting for the result that never comes.
