I'm not sure if she hates her job or what but the office staff are friendly and helpful; wouldn't have gotten my glasses that I NEED if it weren't for them. Dr Phyllis was too lazy to check if i qualified and quickly dismissed me for new glasses. However, her office staff actually told her that I did qualify and showed her the paper work. I usually go to Moorpark but I needed my glasses urgent and fast and Oxnard was closer... really regret not driving a couple of minutes more
