Horrible experience. I ended up going to emergency ( paid $350) because staff member Justina assurred me that she would speak with the Dr to see if a priscription could be filled. I waited all day and never heard back from her ( I called numerous times that day). After a few days I called to schedule an appointment as advised by the Hospital and spoke with Nadine, she stated that the computers were down and that she would call me back by the next day but never heard from her either. Disappointed is an understatement. I waited to checkin and found out that the doctor wasn't in so they needed to reschedule. I didn't receive a phone call before arriving. The receptionist insisted they called, but if they did why not leave a message to communicate that the doc needed to reschedule. Being a person of a certain age, I have a another friend that's had similar experience with the office. They charge patients for not showing up but patients get to waste gas, time and patience.
Dr. Quintana Van Horne is the best MD I've ever been to. She is intelligent, caring and works hard to resolve my health issues. I've been with her 11&1/2 years. I've referred friends to her who also sing her praises. Best Doctor ever.
My first visit with Dr. Quintana was great! I came in as a new patient and she reviews my medical history thoroughly and given me all the information I needed to know. She makes sure I understand the medication I take and helps me understand to take care of my own health. She seems like a very caring and kind person who genuinely cares about her patient. It was definitely worth waiting 6 months to be her patient.
Dr Quintana is the best doctor. She takes the time to address all of my concerns. She is thorough and so compassionate. I feel like I can talk to her about anything and she listens. She’s just a rare gem of a doctor. Not only am I her patient but now both my sisters and my nieces see her.
