I've had several different repairs/installs from John. His service is always great, and he's always been willing to talk me through simple issues over the phone rather than charge me to to come out for a simple fix. Definitely recommend.

Worked with John and Jackie @ Quinn's for about 6 months to get a replacement tankless water heater for mine that was defective. John talked with the supplier and with the manufacturer and it took us a long time but we finally got everything figured out logistically and my replacement water heater was installed last week! John and his team did a fantastic job with the install, including new vent piping and condensation hose.
