I loved my design and plants I had a mishap with the sprinkler system thankfully my dad fixed it and Quinn sent someone out to look it over. He even replaced my plants that didn’t survive. I appreciate he was willing to make it right.

I loved my design and was really happy until I realized the sprinkler system was never turned on. My new plants didn’t get water for at least a month. I reached out and Quinn said he would send someone. It took two weeks longer. I finally asked my father to check it out and he found it wasn’t finished. When we did get it working. Then one of the lines wasn’t capped and flooded the back yard. He finally got someone over to finish. In the meantime I lost 5 plants. Quinn never responded. I would use someone else.

Edit for your reply- sorry about your loss, this happened before that happened. You scheduled the crew to come by and they never did. The tree is the second to die in the same spot, the warranty is for the first replacement that died. I told you I couldn't talk when you called, and had to get back to work, and you talked another several minutes. I then said I have to go. You promised to mail a refund for the tree. Quinn was amazing from the moment we called. We needed a price ASAP for landscaping for a house my parents wanted to buy so we could put in an offer... Quinn listened to what my parents were wanting for the back and front yards and was able to offer a solid price right on the spot helping my parents put in a counter offer to the builder... We own a Remodeling company and have referred several of our clients to him as he shares the same values of customer service and great pricing!
