They never showed up. I had a commercial project and flew in just to meet them and I called them while on my drive down and they had no recollection of having me scheduled and didn’t bother to try to have anyone meet me. Quinn worked on my backyard about 2 years ago. All in all, cost was descent and job was done in a timely manner. However, there are other issues that was dissatisfied with. I think they have major issues with attention to details that matters for the client. First off, they used a third-party service for official communications of sending invoices and receipts (?). I had an excellent experience working with Quinn's Landscape! From the start, Quinn was incredibly prompt in responding to my phone calls and text messages, which made communication smooth and easy. His expertise really shined through—he took my initial idea of a circular fire pit poured from concrete and recommended a paver patio instead.
