In spite of its Kailua location, this place manages to maintain a fairly low-key, local atmosphere. It serves all kinds of sandwiches, salads and fresh fish dishes; and it serves them till nearly midnight, which is noteworthy to any night owls coming in from the mainland. There are two dining rooms, the air-conditioned lounge and the Garden Lanai. Both are great places to kick back with a bottle of Budweiser or a Kona-brewed ale and a platter of hot, greasy fish-n-chips.

The hash browns are amazing!
Best fish and chips anywhere! Always the first and last place we stop at for dinner when on the big island.
Garden burger is awesome! Get it with a salad for a fresh and healthy alternative to traditional burgers!
We had fish sandwiches - Ono and mahi, both delicious. Parking is tight so park at hotel Cross the street and restaurant will validate the ticket.
