With the health code, you always have to be aware that taking into account safety is the number one priority here. I completely agree with that even though it always doesn't lineup with what I might want to be getting done. Everybody who works here has been more than pleasant at all times. Very professional and they do their job!
These folks are responsible for investigating problems like stores' freezers not working properly putting the customer at risk if the food starts to spoil. A person answering the phone and taking information had a very off-hand attitude. One has to ask their name; it is not volunteered.
