Everyone at Quinnipiac Medical is pleasant and professional. My primary care provider is excellent at listening to my concerns, and her secretary is so helpful.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this practice and would not recommend them to anyone. The reception staff are consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been unpleasant, which is unacceptable for a medical office where patients are often already stressed. On top of that, I have received other patients’ medical information in the mail due to what appears to be a mix-up with similar names. Dr. Thomas D'Addario is an outstanding physician in every possible way. He is intelligent, compassionate, thorough, conversant with the latest medical literature and studies, available, kind, caring, sympathetic, and empathetic. He has developed these qualities very early in his successful career and so I would sincerely and quite highly recommend him for your complete medical care.
While I’ve had some ups and downs with this practice over 10+ years in terms of not-ideal front-office staff manner and practitioner turnover, I’ve been really happy lately. Lea Murphy PA is my provider, and she is truly wonderful. I get irrationally nervous about annual physicals, but she is so warm and easy to talk with, compassionate and non-judgmental, and thorough.
