Unbelievably disappointed with the way they cannot do their job. I don't understand doctors that don't want to help their patients.
Quinnipiac medical is the best! I’ve been a patient for over 35 years. Karen Stemler, APRN, is beyond caring, thorough, and kind. From the office staff to the phlebotomist Lynette, you couldn’t ask for a better medical practice!
I have been going to this group for a very long time. They are always friendly and helpful and never make me feel like they are rushing me.
If you try to call from 8-9am even though they are “open,” it will go to the after hours line, or you’ll be hung up on after waiting. The receptionists are rude, condescending, and why I didn’t return here. The phlebotomist also gave me a baseball sized bruise after taking bloodwork (my veins are clearly visible and she only poked once…).
