The front office staff is awful, they are rude and were making fun of patients where we could hear it the waiting room. And their in house quest service is a joke, they left 5 patients waiting while the phlebotomist was “getting set up” when in reality she was just hanging out in the lab with the door closed, I’ve already moved to a new group.
Staff seems miserable, they were incredibly rude and confused. it’s not a sign of a well run office. It feels like a factory with miserable workers. Have since gone elsewhere where I’ve felt heard and well accommodated as opposed to an inconvenienced. We were actively warned against some practitioners there by some of our current doctors whom we trust, doesn’t have a great rep. Happy to be going elsewhere for care!
Highly recommend Karen Stemlar. I’ve been seeing her for years and she is very thorough. I never feel rushed, and I always feel heard.
Awfully run, don’t waste your time. Called ahead and told the woman I was running 10 minutes late. They do not say anything about me not being able to see the doctor because of that, they said okay see you when you get here, when I arrived and called to let them know I arrived with the 10 minute window. The woman told me told me I could no longer be seen.
