I’m not even sure where to start, but I’ll list a few of the big things that happened in the about 2 years I was a patient of Julius Quinn 1)he violated HIPPA MULTIPLE times by speaking about me to my sister who also saw him. He brought up a disagreement we had, told her and myself that she should be dating a black man (her fiancé is white) 2)I was told my insurance was out of network, I was paying $350 instead of the $30 copay I should have been paying.
