Was told it was LAW that we needed a Buyers Agent Agreement to tour a home even though I called the listing agent directly to set up an appt to see the home. This a complete falsehood and downright lie. I am a priority Buyer and Pre Approved through my bank and wish to remain unrepresented when touring homes as I tend to find them myself. I cannot say enough about Etta Norton who is the realtor at Quinn and Wilson that I have used for years to rent apartments and sell my home. She is incredibly thorough, is always upbeat and friendly and has lots of contacts for everything from house cleaning, to house clearing to plumbing, electrical etc. On top of that she is a real advocate for both parties involved in a transaction so everyone walks away satisfied. The agent I worked with, Etta is the best. We met at a condo she was showing & I asked her to be my agent. She found me the perfect condo and contractor. She kept me sane during the process Not only did she help me buy my new home, she helped me sell my house in 4 days for over list price I will probably never need another realtor, but if I did I'd be back at Quinn and Wilson
