Nice and friendly people
Quinn & Satterfield is building a house next to us in Greenville essentially as close as possible per building requirements. They are coming on to our property, blocking our driveway, using our driveway and front lawn to store their equipment/supplies, drive heavy machinery/trailers, set up ladders, dropping nails causing two flat tires in our cars, etc. We have complained several times to the builders and the contractors with no reconciliation. Q&S built my house on Maydell Avenue and my wife and I are absolutely ecstatic! This was one of the most enjoyable experiences we've ever had. There was incredible attention to detail and the workmanship of our home is wonderful. This is the stuff dreams are made of. Buyer Beware, go elsewhere for your business: So recently, at one of Quinn Satterfield's (QS) construction projects, specifically on Arlington Ave (literally right across the street from our residence), there was a couch dumped by someone moving out. We don't know who dumped it, how it got there, or who it originally belonged to.
