These guys made sure to take care of everything we needed to make sure we were happy to move in and David White was an absolute pleasure to work with and didn’t make me or my family feel like we weren’t important and really are super happy with everything and everyone. This really should be -5 stars. My elderly mother, sister and I, moved from Wisconsin into Vista Lakes nine days ago and this has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a property management company. There are numerous issues with the house. To start with, the washing machine does not work. When you turn on the cold water faucet in the half bath, no water comes out. Terrible property management. I have called daily to speak with someone about a billing issue/charges that shouldn’t be on my account and never get an answer, I have left several messages and have yet to get a response. I even reached out via email and still haven’t gotten a response. The one time Maria answered and 30 seconds into explaining my situation I was hung up on. My lease is up for renewal I have not heard anything from Quinn management I have called left messages and sent emails to get my renewal information It is putting me and my family in a housing situation I have not heard from Quinn management This is very unprofessional
