Update to my wife’s previous review. Riverstone Retreat Canton GA: The property manager Moises has continued to be disrespectful and on a power trip. We live in Riverstone retreat in canton. We are very unhappy with our experience so far with both Riverstone retreat staff, in particular the manager, Moises and with Quinn residences for their lack of response. No one is being held accountable and the second you sign a lease, you are now a problem to be pushed away rather than a paying tenant to be helped. This place seemed too good to be true… it was. PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE WITH QUINN RESIDENTIAL! My husband and I rented from Quinn Residential for approximately 3 years, paying over $2,400/month. Based on our experience, we would not rent from them again. 1. Utilities: We were required to have utilities billed through their system and charged an additional $11.99/month fee. This is one of the worst SFR companies to exist in the real estate and rental space. They have under qualified employees who don’t have their residents best interest at heart whatsoever. They’ve recently allowed Conservice a horrible third party utilities management company (who is known to be unorganized and unprofessional in the SFR/MFR space when not properly managed by firms that retain them) to force an unwanted amenity on to people that is now included in their rent. Came here to give them 1 star because I can’t give towns on church another one star review. Look at this picture and tell me if this is a satisfactory way to communicate with tenants on a cracked window maintenance request that was entered when I moved in on June 11. It’s now July 24.
